Is there an echo on here?

When you send a message on Swaggle, it always sends you a copy. This is both to give you confirmation your message went out and to help you "visualize" how your message is being received. Problem is, if you're a Blackberry user, you already get a copy. This makes the thread confusing because you see your message twice.

So, for all your Blackberry users (and anyone else who might find this useful), Swaggle introduces .ECHO OFF. By default, you'll receive a copy of all the messages you send. If you don't want to get a copy, just send

.ECHO OFF

and you won't receive copies of the messages you send anymore. To switch back, just send

.ECHO ON

Hope this helps, Candace!

PS The reason you haven't seen many Swaggle updates is that I've been travelling in Europe for the past six weeks. That makes testing changes a bit difficult, so if you hit any problems that you think might be caused by this update (or any problems at all with Swaggle, or have any suggestions), please e-mail me at jordan@hive-mind.com.
