Our
charming, 1905 Wallingford neighborhood home is a short walk
to the University of Washington and close to downtown.
Several major bus lines run close by, and easy access to I-5
and highways 520 (to Microsoft) and 99.
- 2 bedrooms plus large study, W/D, full bath upstairs (.5 bath downstairs)
- Comfortable living room
- Brightly lit dining room
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove
- Stereo includes CD, iPod jack and indoor / outdoor speakers
- Wifi offers broadband access to the Internet
- Double glass doors open to garden deck with hot tub, shower and three burner gas grill
- Garden includes peach, apple, and cherry trees, grapes, tomatoes, strawberries, apiary and more
- Several bus lines within two blocks, only 2 miles to downtown
- Plenty of on-street parking
The house is only available Dec 18th through Dec 27th. It has been reserved for the rest of the time (until we return to live it in ourselves), so please, there is no need to inquire about other dates.
One week stay minimum, $800 / week includes all utilities. Also available for non-synchronous house swap, send us information on your offer.
Please no smoking in the house. We have a friendly, self-sufficient cat (cat door, no litter box), just needs to be fed and get some TLC. No additional pets, please. We rely on our cellphones, so no house phone.

Enjoy Seattle and the Pacific Northwest
Walk through the neighborhood to Wallingford's shopping district or the University District, which feature restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, movie theaters, clubs, shops and more, hop on I-5 to downtown Seattle, the Cascade mountains, or take the ferries to the San Juan Islands or the Olympic Peninsula.
While in Seattle, one of the Pacific Rim's premiere cities,
